Refund Policy
Last updated July 30, 2026
The short version: this policy is not finished, and we will not publish refund terms we have not agreed with our supplier.
This store is not open yet.
Everything here is still being prepared. No payment provider is connected — the only checkout method installed is a simulated test gateway, so no card can be charged and no money moves. The link to our eSIM supplier is in test mode as well, which means an order placed today does not produce a working eSIM.
The operator of this store is not registered as a company yet. Rather than print a name and an address that do not exist, this page says so. The registered name, number and address will appear here, and in the footer, before the store accepts a single real payment.
Where this stands
Unfinished. What can be refunded depends on what the supplier will accept once a line has been created on their network, and that has not been agreed yet.
The easy thing would be to paste a generic “30-day money back” paragraph with nothing behind it. This page says what is settled and what is not instead.
What is already settled
A plan is activated on the supplier’s network as soon as your order is confirmed — not when you install it.
From that moment the supplier has provisioned a line and taken on its own cost, and that is what limits how much of a purchase can be undone afterwards. It is also why the activation timing is stated on every destination page rather than buried here.
- If no line is created, nothing is delivered and the order does not complete. There is nothing to refund in that case, because nothing was received — and today, with the supplier link in test mode, that is the outcome of every order.
- Nothing renews by itself. There is no recurring charge to cancel and no stored payment method to rebill.
What is not settled
Each of the following needs the supplier’s agreement, and none of them has it yet:
- Whether an unused plan can be cancelled after the order is confirmed, and within what window.
- How a failure on the supplier’s side is handled when part of an order succeeded and part did not.
- Whether a partial refund is possible once some of the data has been used.
Until they are agreed, no window, no percentage and no processing time is quoted anywhere on this site. If you find one, it is a mistake and we would like to know.
Right now there is nothing to refund
No payment provider is connected to this store. The only checkout method is a simulated test gateway that charges nothing, so no money has changed hands and no refund can be owed.
When this will be finished
Before the store accepts a real payment. A store that takes money without a refund policy is not something we are willing to open.
Until then, the rest of what governs a purchase here is in the Terms of Service.
Your rights under consumer law
Where the law of your country gives you a right that this page does not, the law wins. Nothing written here is meant to reduce it.
How your data is handled is a separate document: the Privacy Policy.
How to reach us
There is no support channel yet — no monitored mailbox, no phone line, no chat. Publishing an address that nobody reads would be one more promise this store cannot keep, so there is none to publish.
Where this site invites you to “contact us”, that is how it will work once the store opens. Today there is nothing behind it.
A contact route will be published together with the operator’s registered details, before the first real payment is accepted.
