Terms of Service
Last updated July 30, 2026
What you may expect from this store, and what it does not promise. Written in plain language and kept short — where something is not decided yet, this page says so instead of filling the gap.
This store is not open yet.
Everything here is still being prepared. No payment provider is connected — the only checkout method installed is a simulated test gateway, so no card can be charged and no money moves. The link to our eSIM supplier is in test mode as well, which means an order placed today does not produce a working eSIM.
The operator of this store is not registered as a company yet. Rather than print a name and an address that do not exist, this page says so. The registered name, number and address will appear here, and in the footer, before the store accepts a single real payment.
Who these terms are between
One side is you. The other side is the operator of this store — and that operator does not exist as a registered company yet.
Because of that, this document cannot name a legal entity, a registration number, a registered address, or the law and courts that would settle a dispute. Inventing any of them would make this document less trustworthy, not more, so the gap is stated instead: those details will be published here, and in the site footer, before the store accepts real payments.
What is sold here
Prepaid mobile data plans delivered as an eSIM — a SIM profile your phone downloads, instead of a plastic card you insert.
- Data only. No phone number, no voice calls, no SMS. Your usual number stays on your usual line.
- Someone else’s network. The plans run on a partner network, not on infrastructure we own or operate.
- An eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked device. The device families known to support eSIM are listed on How eSIM works. That list describes capability the manufacturers publish — it is not a promise from us about your particular handset.
When a plan starts, and when it ends
A plan’s validity begins the moment your order is confirmed. It does not begin when you scan the QR code, install the profile, or land at your destination.
This is how the supplier’s network works, and it is the single most important thing to know before buying. A 7-day plan bought two weeks before a trip is mostly gone by the time the trip starts. Buy close to your departure date.
- Plans described as lifetime have no validity window — the balance has no expiry date. Lifetime means the data does not expire; it does not mean the data is unlimited.
- A plan ends when its data allowance is used up or its validity window closes, whichever happens first.
- Nothing renews by itself. Every purchase is a one-off, no subscription is created, and there is no stored payment method to rebill.
What is delivered, and how
Once an order is confirmed we ask the supplier to create a line for it. When that succeeds you receive three things: an ICCID (the line’s identifier), an LPA activation string, and a QR code that encodes the same string.
They are sent to the email address on the order and repeated under My eSIMs in your account, so a lost email is not a lost plan.
We do not state a delivery time. The step is automated, but it depends on a third party and we have not measured it under real load — so there is no number here to hold us to.
If the supplier does not return a line, no plan is delivered and the order does not complete. Today, with the supplier link in test mode, that is the outcome of every order.
Coverage, speed and networks
Your device connects to whichever partner network is available where you are. You do not choose it, and it can change as you move.
We do not control coverage or speed and we do not guarantee either — not at a given address, not in a given building, not at a given moment.
Where the supplier publishes the partner list for a destination, that list is shown on the destination’s page. Where it does not, that section says so rather than guessing.
Personal hotspot
We do not know whether sharing the connection with a laptop or a second phone is permitted on a given plan. The supplier publishes no per-plan tethering flag, so this site shows none — rather than a guess dressed up as a badge.
Treat it as unconfirmed. If tethering is essential for your trip, do not rely on it.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. No tax is calculated or added at checkout.
No card processor is connected to this store. The only method offered at checkout is labelled Test Payment (simulated). It charges nothing. It exists so the checkout can be exercised end to end before a real gateway is installed, and it will be removed when one is.
Accounts
You can order without an account, or create one to keep your plans in one place. Either way, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details to yourself.
Treat the QR code and the LPA string like a travel ticket: anyone holding them can install the plan on their own device, and a line can normally be installed only once. Do not post them anywhere public.
Refunds
The refund policy is not finished, and this page will not summarise it in one convenient sentence. Read the Refund Policy — it is explicit about what has and has not been agreed with the supplier.
What this document does not yet contain
A finished set of terms would also state the governing law, the competent court or dispute procedure, and the operator’s liability limits. This document deliberately contains none of those, because every one of them follows from a registered entity and a jurisdiction that do not exist yet.
They will be added before the store opens — written down and dated, not quietly backfilled afterwards.
Changes to this document
These terms will change, most of all when the operator is registered and the store opens. The date at the top of this page is the date of the last change. There is no notification list to subscribe to.
How to reach us
There is no support channel yet — no monitored mailbox, no phone line, no chat. Publishing an address that nobody reads would be one more promise this store cannot keep, so there is none to publish.
Where this site invites you to “contact us”, that is how it will work once the store opens. Today there is nothing behind it.
A contact route will be published together with the operator’s registered details, before the first real payment is accepted.
